By accessing or using StompAds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
StompAds is an AI-powered advertising tool that helps you create and manage ad campaigns on third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram). StompAds facilitates campaign creation and management but does not itself serve, deliver, or host advertisements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
StompAds is not an advertising platform. We are a tool that submits campaigns to third-party ad platforms on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:
StompAds uses artificial intelligence to generate ad copy, images, and creative assets. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before it is published. StompAds does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content and is not liable for any claims arising from its use.
StompAds subscription fees are billed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Ad spend is separate from subscription fees and is charged by the third-party ad platform directly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StompAds and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to StompAds in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StompAds from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your ad content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Active ad campaigns may continue running on third-party platforms until you pause them directly.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
